LOCATION : HAMPSHIRE – 5 to 7 Person Helsinki Hot Tub (Weekly Hire Monday > Monday)

NOTE : Due to cold weather forecasts over the next few months we recommend a hot fill for the hot tub in conjunction with a Gazebo to help it come up to heat. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we cannot enter your home so request you look to at your closest hot water tap and find a suitable hose adapter you can connect too. If you are unsure please send me a photos and we can advise which type needs to be purchased.

You are free to use your own gazebo or upgrade to our deluxe package accordingly, Please note if the temperatures are below 5 degrees and the gazebo is not used or left open the hot tub is unlikely to come up to heat. We therefore cannot take any liability for the hot tub not coming up to heat if a gazebo is not used or the sides are not down to retain the heat.

To confirm your booking your payment must be made in full. This includes a £50 non refundable deposit. Once the full payment and booking is received we will confirm availability and booking.

NOTE : Your booking is not confirmed until the payment has cleared and we have confirmed your dates are available via email.

In addition to your payment, we also need to take a £100 security deposit, payable (by cash or card) on the day of install. This will be refunded on the day of collection, provided there has been no damage.

Our price includes free delivery and setup within 20 miles of our location, Additional mileage will be charged at £1/mile each way. This will be added to your order and must be settled on the day or will be deducted from the security deposit on collection.

Due to COVID we MUST follow the manufactures recommendations on the shock chemical dose, this recommends the hot tub is left to settle for 24 hours after set up.

Prior to Covid we could reduce the dose, but I’m sure you can appreciate in the current climate the correct chemical dose must be used.

We reitteriate it is strongly advised the hot tub is left for 24 hrs inline with the manufactures reccomendations due to the high chlorine levels and risk of chemical burns the skin.

While we cannot reccomend the use, we understand some clients cannot wait to get into the water, therefore if the hot tub is used it is used at your own risk and Hamilton Hot Tub And Spa Hire take no responsibility or liability but strongly advise you should reduce bathing times and adopt showering after use if you have used the hot tub within the first 24 hours.

It can normally take 18 > 24 hours to come up to heat alone, We can work with a hot fill but will need to have access to a hot tap, Please provide us with a photo of your kitchen tap and we will endeavour to find a suitable adapter, but it’s not something we can always achieve.
