You will need to bear in mind that the tub will take longer to reach max temperature than in the warmer months of the year.  The Hot tub may take up to 18 Hours to heat up for 20 degrees. If you have a combi boiler to fill it with that will help a lot.  If you have the ground space to add the gazebo to your hire then we can also add on some heaters to help with the temperatures should they be low.

Please ensure the power supply is located within 5m of the intended location. The Pump comes with a 7m lead. We do provide extension cables but cannot offer any guarantees or take responsibility as the manufactures advise extension leads are not used. If you choose to use an extension lead you do so at your own risk as we cannot recommend this action and we accept no liability.

Please ensure there is a water supply within 10m of the hot tub location, there will be a deduction of £10 from the deposit return if we need to use our own extension hoses.

Once the hot tub is full don’t forget to remove the hose.

You will be shown how to maintain the water and keep it clear for pleasant bathing. If you do not follow our instructions and the water becomes dirty which in turn clogs up the heater pump then we will not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly. If we are available and only if we are available, we will come out to fix such issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to you the customer.

Please take care of all accessories hired with the Spa to ensure they do not get damaged. Any damage caused to the hot tub will need to be paid for and if your deposit does not cover the replacement of the part cost and you do not willingly pay for it then we will pursue a claim in the small claims court.

On the day of collection, the hot tub will need to be left full and running prior to our arrival so we can ensure there are no faults. We provide our own pump and will empty the hot tub on arrival.

Where possible we shall pump to drains, but if this is not possible, we shall drain to open ground and allow the water to infiltrate the ground naturally. Please note the final element of water cannot be drained and will be emptied out in situ where the hot tub has been set up.
