You will need to bear in mind that the tub will
take longer to reach max temperature than in the warmer months of the

you have a combi boiler to fill it with that will help a lot. If you have
the ground space to add the gazebo to your hire then we can also add on some
heaters to help with the temperatures should they be low.
Please ensure the power supply is located within 5m
of the intended location. The Pump comes with a 7m lead. We do provide

not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly.
If we are available and only if we are available, we will come out to fix such
issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to you the customer.
Please take care of all accessories
hired with the Spa to ensure they do not get damaged. Any damage caused to the

replacement of the part cost and you do not willingly pay for it then we will
pursue a claim in the small claims court.
COLLECTION & REMOVAL

be left full and running prior to our arrival so we can ensure there are no
faults. We provide our own pump and will empty the hot tub on arrival.
Where possible we shall pump to drains, but if this
is not possible, we shall drain to open ground and allow the water to
infiltrate the ground naturally. Please note the final element of water cannot
be drained and will be emptied out in situ where the hot tub has been set up.

the basic package to limit the time we spend at your property, but this will be
reviewed on a case by case basis on arrival and our own risk assessment.
